PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Relationship Psychic™. Throughout the Site, the terms “I”, “me”, “my”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Relationship Psychic™.  The terms “you” and “your refer to you, the user. We offer this Site, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

We maintain the Site as a service to our customers, and by using our Site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not review information or obtain goods, services or products from this Site.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE ON OUR SITE.

  1. Acceptance of Agreement. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms of Service” or "Agreement") with respect to the Site. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between Relationship Psychic™ and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.
  2. Intellectual Property. The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
  3. Prohibited uses/ In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in this Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Site or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate your use of the Site or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
  4. Limited Right to Use. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).
  5. Entertainment Purposes. This Site and any content, products or services provided by or through the Site are for entertainment purposes only.  You acknowledge and agree that information contained herein or provided by or through the Site , including communications in chat or similar services provided on the Site, should not be used as a substitute for the advice of an appropriately qualified and licensed person.  We disclaim any liability for any decisions or actions taken by a user based upon any content, products or services provided by or through the Site.  Further disclaimers are set forth in Section 22 below.
  6. Products and Services. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Site. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy, as set forth in Section 9 below.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.  We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.  Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue offering any product or service without notice at any time.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product or service.
  7. Payments and Account Information. If you are purchasing something from us, you represent and warrant that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the eā€‘mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors
  9. Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy set forth on the home page of the site at https://www.relationshippsychic.co, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.
  10. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions. Occasionally there may be information on our Site or in the content, products or services provided by or through the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).  We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.  This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only.
  11. Modification of Site Contents. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.  We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Site or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Site or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Site or on any related website has been modified or updated.
  12. You may hyperlink to our Site without prior approval: by a hyperlink on our company name (“Relationship Psychic”); by use of the uniform resource locator (Web address) being linked to; or by use of text providing description of our Site or material being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's site.  You may not use our logo or trademarks for hyperlinking or any other purpose without our express prior approval in writing.
  13. You may not create frames around pages on our Site or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance any portion of our Site without our express prior approval in writing.
  14. User Postings. We may offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data ('User Postings') in areas of the Site. We do not screen, edit, publish or review User Postings prior to their appearance on the Site and User Postings do not reflect the views or opinions of Relationship Psychic, its agents or affiliates. User Postings reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Relationship Psychic shall not be responsible or liable for the User Postings or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the User Postings on this Site.  We reserve the right to monitor all User Postings, to edit User Postings, and to remove any User Postings which we consider in our absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of this Agreement without further notice to users of the Site.
  15. User Submissions. If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'Submissions'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any Submissions that you forward to us. We are not and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Submissions in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any Submissions; or (3) to respond to any Submissions.  We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove Submissions that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.  You agree that your Submissions will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that your Submissions will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false eā€‘mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any Submissions. You are solely responsible for any Submissions you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submissions posted by you or any third-party. 
  16. Ownership of User Postings and Submissions. All User Postings and Submissions shall be deemed and shall remain our sole property and shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part, except as provided in our Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of User Postings and Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of such material.
  17. Optional Tools. We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.  You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.  Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).  We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service

Certain content, products, and services available via our Site may include materials from third-parties.  Third-party links on the Site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. Inclusion of any linked third-party website on our Site does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.  Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.  YOU AGREE THAT USE OF SUCH THIRD-PARTY LINKS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTIES OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON THIRD-PARTY SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.
  19. Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement. See separate Privacy Policy at https://www.relationshippsychic.co/privacy-policy.
  20. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney´s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
  21. Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents or to post comments is not transferable and may only be used by you.
  22. THE INFORMATION FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, PROBLEMS OR OTHER LIMITATIONS. WE AND OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICE. IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT AS A LIMITATION, WE AND OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE NEGATION OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN US. THIS SITE AND THE INFORMATION WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
  23. Limitation of Liability. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information.
  24. Securities Laws. This Site may include statements concerning our operations, prospects, strategies, financial condition, future economic performance and demand for our products or services, as well as our intentions, plans and objectives, that are forward-looking statements. These statements are based upon a number of assumptions and estimates which are subject to significant uncertainties, many of which are beyond our control. When used on our Site, words like "anticipates," "expects," "believes," "estimates," "seeks," "plans," "intends" and similar expressions are intended to identify forward-looking statements designed to fall within securities law safe harbors for forward-looking statements. The Site and the information contained herein does not constitute an offer or a solicitation of an offer for sale of any securities. None of the information contained herein is intended to be, and shall not be deemed to be, incorporated into any of our securities-related filings or documents.
  25. Site Hosting. The Site is hosted on Kajabi Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
  26. Venue; Applicable Law. YOU AGREE THAT ALL ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SAMPLES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH SUCH USE, SHALL BE LITIGATED IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON  OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON. YOU ARE EXPRESSLY SUBMITTING AND CONSENTING IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY OF SUCH COURTS, AND ARE WAIVING ANY CLAIM THAT SEATTLE, WASHINGTON OR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON IS AN INCONVENIENT FORUM OR AN IMPROPER FORUM BASED ON LACK OF VENUE.  Relationship Psychic’s business is conducted from the state of Washington, USA, and as such the laws of Washington will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
  27. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination for all purposes.  These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.  If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Site or to services provided by us (or any part thereof).
  28. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
  29. Entire Agreement. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.  These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the content, products or services provided by or through the Site constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of such, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).  Any ambiguities in the interpretation of this Agreement shall not be construed against the drafting party.
